PROTECTION OF THE PRIVACY OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 16

Personal data of minors (under the age of 16) is not knowingly collected or used in any form by Stefanie Schawalder and its brand Stefanie Schawalder Conscious Marketing. As a rule, we do not know the age of the visitor to our website. However, we have not taken any specific measures to protect such data to a particular extent. WEB ANALYSIS

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service: Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing.

However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website.
